Game Of Thrones Fans Think The Night King Is A Targaryen
Before we begin explaining this theory and spoil the show, please watch the first episode of the final season of Game Of Thrones or do not read further. I repeat, abort mission!
For those who have been adamant to follow the entire final season, episode by episode, like us, rejoice because we have major news for you.
The Night King is a Targaryen?!?!
Previously there were fan-based theories suggesting that the Night King is probably Bran Stark, due to the uncanny resemblance but that was just a fan based theory, no real symbols were shown in the season unless forcefully found. However, it is now being believed that the Night King is a Targaryen and here is how we think this might just be true.
Almost at the end of the first episode of the final season, n the scene when Little Lord Umber was found nailed to the wall with a specific pattern around him made out of limbs, just then Beric Dondarrion said: “It’s a message from the Night King.” The very same pattern was also drawn for the Night’s watch to find out, made out of parts of horses. Alone, this very symbol has quite a lot of resemblance to the sigil of House Targaryen i.e. the three-headed dragons.
Well, we all know that the Night King took one of the dragons in the last season, the moment almost all of our hearts skipped a beat, and now rides it as well, now focus on what David Benioff recently stated in the documentary “No one has ever ridden a dragon except for Dany. Only Targaryens can ride dragons and that should be a sign for Jon”
Only Targaryens can ride Dragons!!
The Night King rides a dragon because he CAN! And he can because he is a Targaryen! This does not get any better than this.
