On Friday, at the Princess Eugenie’s wedding in Winsdor, the Royal Family gathered and the news was broken on them. Meghan attended the wedding after her 12 week scan along with Prince Harry, wearing a long coat that was dark blue in color. It prompted the speculation that she might be pregnant and it gathered even more heat as she came to Sydney, clutching two long folders in front of her stomach, on her tour of Australia and Sydney which will extend to Fiji and Tonga.
This is the first royal tour for Harry and Meghan since their wedding that was help at St George’s Chapel in Windsor. The first engagement of the couple will be on Tuesday, which is likely to have a huge crowd that will gather to say well wishes to the couple.
Prince Charles and Diana, Princess of Wales, who are the parents of Prince Harry, also visited Australia and New Zealand on their first royal tour. So, the two are following the path of Harry’s parents.
The baby will be first cousin of Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. However, the kid won’t be a prince or princess until the Queen steps into the matter before the birth of the child.
As per the words of Robert Hardman, who is the royal biographer, the children will be treated just like any other lord and lady, as the children of other dukes, because Prince Harry isn’t coming directly in the line of succession.
The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the Duchess of Cornwall are all said to be “delighted” for the couple after learning of the pregnancy at Friday’s wedding.
Doria Ragland, mother of the duchess, stated that she is very happy and is looking forward to welcome the first baby and her first grandchild.
